PCM370 Plant Condition Management System

The PCM370 plant condition management system collects, stores, analyzes and distributes machinery status monitoring information to a local network or wide area network (over the Internet). The PCM370 obtains status data of critical machinery as well as balance of plant equipment. All of ProvibTech’s digital monitoring systems are quickly and easily integrated into the PCM370 system, as well as devices from other manufacturers’ which communicate via Modbus. Besides the vibration monitoring data, the PCM370 is also capable of collecting numerous process variables such as: voltage inputs, current inputs, RTDs, thermocouples, discrete inputs and Modbus.

PT690 Vibration Data Collector

The PT690 with accompanying PCM690 analysis software is a cost-effective system for routine collection of machine condition monitoring data, as well as providing on-the-spot alarm notification and troubleshooting. Pre-configured measurement parameters can be set for up to 500 measurement points, meaning that virtually anyone can easily collect data. The powerful PCM690 analysis software provides a user-friendly graphic interface for spotting potential problems before they cause catastrophic failures.

PT908 Vibration Meter

ProvibTech's PT908 is ideal for vibration measurement. PT908 can be set to measure acceleration, velocity, displacement or bearing /gearbox running condition.

PT908 will pick-up the high frequency signals in the unit of gE. The number is a rough indication of the bearing/gearbox condition. If this number increases significantly, the bearing/gearbox may have some defect.
