PT 2060 Monitor
PT2060/10 PROX Proximity Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/10 PROX proximity module is a 4 channel proximity signal conditioner and
processing unit. Each channel on the PROX module can accept any proximity probe system signal
input, process it, and output the processed data. The PT2060/10 PROXmodule can recognize the
following functions:
Shaft Radial Vibration
Axial Thrust Position
Speed
Differential Expansion
Eccentricity
Low Frequency Oscillation
PT2060/20 SEIS Seismic Module
PredicTech’s PT2060/20 AVD seismic module is a 4 channel seismic signal conditioner and processing
unit. Each channel on the AVD module can accept any proximity probe system signal input, process it,
and output the processed data. PT1060/20 AVD module can recognize the following functions:
Acceleration
Velocity
Displacement
Shaft Absolute Vibration
Case Expansion
PT2060/30 TEMP Temperature Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/30 TEMP temperature module is an 8 channels temperature signal conditioner, and
processing unit. Each channel on the TEMP module accept both thermocouple (TC) and resistance temperature
detector (RTD) signal input, process it, and output the processed data.
PT2060/30 back-panel has both isolated and non-isolated version. The isolated backpanel will provide
protection to ground loop interference up to 250VDC. It will accept the TC inputs. The non-isolated
version of the back panel will accept both TC or RTD based on system configuration.
Virtually all the temperature sensors can be interfaced with our PT1060/30 TEMP module. Typical sensors
include E, J, K, T thermocouple and 3wire or 4 wire RTDs.
PT2060/40 RELAY Proximity Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/40 RELAY relay module has 16 channels. Each channel on the relay module can be fully
programmed to perform needed voting logic.
Similar to PLC programming, the PT2060/40 module uses AND and OR logic. Brackets can also be used. The input
parameters include channels: OK, Alert, and Danger. Programming requires the PT2060CFG configuration software
and the SIM system interface module for communication. The PT2060/40 can be put into any slot with any number
of modules.
Alarm Option

PT2060/43 R-RELAY Redundant-Relay Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/43 R-RELAY redundant-relay module has 16 channels. Each channel on the relay module can
be fully programmed to perform needed voting logic.
Redundant-Relays
The PT2060/43 module has two separated control circuit. The upper one controls 8 relays. And the down one
controls the rest of the 8 relays. PT2060/43 can be programmed via. the PT2060-CFG configuration software.
PT2060/43 can only located on slot 4, 8 or 12. Slot 1-4, 5-8, and 912 forms three group. Each group are
triple redundant in channels. The redundant relay module will perform logic to the channels. The upper 8
relays and the lower 8 relays perform similar function to realize the redundancy in alarms.
PT2060/53 O-SPEED Overspeed Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/53 O-SPEED overspeed system provides a highly reliable, redundant overspeed detection
system. PT2060/53 overspeed module can accept both proximity probe system signal input and magnetic sensor
signal input.
Voting
PT2060/53 overspeed protection system can be configured as a two out of two or two out of three voting system.
Redundancy Requirement
To reach the maximum system reliability, PT2060/53 requires a redundant power supply and a redundant PT2060/43
redundant relay module.
PT2060/90 POWER Power Supply Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/90 POWER power module contains two halfheight modules. Customer can use one module or
both modules to reach maximum reliability with redundancy.
PT2060/90 POWER module should be installed on the first slot from the right. If only one module is used, it
should be installed on the top half slot.
PT2060/90 will supply power to all the process modules. The power module can accept most power supplies in
the field, that includes high AC power, high DC power, low DC power etc.
PT2060/91 SIM System Interface Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/91 SIM system Interface module is a communication and system management module.SIM has
the following functions:
Communication with up-level control system
Configuration to the rack system and each module
Storage of System Events and Alarm Events
Connection to other racks
Dual phase references
PT2060/96 COMM Communication/Phase Reference Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/96 COMM communication module is a complimentary module. For the system, if two
communications are required, a PT2060/96 should be added to the system:
Redundant Modbus communication
PT2060/91 has been used with the Modbus connection, additional communication is required
Ethernet Modbus TCP is required
PT2060/98 DISP Display Module
ProvibTech’s PT2060/98 DISP display communication module can be connected to any RS223/RS485 port for
displaying the status and system information:
Naming each channel, and arrange the routing
Setup data collection strategy
Put the machine photo and real-time data and status on it
Real-time bar graph / table list / alarm status of each channel
System events / alarm events
Trend plot on each channel
Touch-panel for easy operation
PT2060/99 System Rack
ProvibTech’s PT2060/99 system rack is a standard 19? monitor that can be mounted on any standard
industrial rack. The rack is a 6U system.
The PT2060/99 contains a total of 16 slots. The two slots on the right hand side are for system power
module and system interface module respectively. The 3rd and the 4th slots on the right hand side are
for the PT2060/80 condition monitoring modules. The signal processing and the relay modules can take
up any of the reset 12 slots. A maximum of 48 channels may be processed on each rack.
PT2060-CFG System Configuration Software
The PT20560-CFG is the system configuration software. The software requires a Windows XP or Windows 2000
operating system. The PT2060-CFG has the following functions:
